Cancellation policy

All bookings at Fantasy Hotel & Resort are final and non-refundable. Once a booking is paid for, the money is not returned — however far ahead of your arrival you tell us.

There is no way to cancel a booking on this website, and we do not issue refunds. If something has gone wrong and you cannot travel, call reception and we will do what we can to help.

Why

Saint Martin's has a short season and rooms sell out. A room held for you is a room we turned others away from, and at this distance we cannot resell it at short notice.

If the island closes

If the authorities close the island or cancel the ships for your dates, your booking is not lost. Call us on the number below and we will move your stay to new dates at no extra charge. We do not keep money for a stay the government has made impossible.

Changing your dates

Ask early. Moving a booking depends on what is free, so the further ahead you tell us, the more likely we can help. Request a change from My booking or call reception.

Before you book

Ship schedules and island access are set by the authorities and can change. Please be sure of your dates, and of your ship tickets, before you pay.
