These terms apply to every booking made with Fantasy Hotel & Resort.

Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed once the advance payment is received and we have issued a booking reference. Prices are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka and include the taxes shown on your confirmation.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 1:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. A valid NID or passport is required for every adult at check-in.

Cancellation

Bookings are final and non-refundable. They cannot be cancelled, and no money is returned. See our cancellation policy in full.

Travel to the island

Ship schedules and island access are controlled by the authorities and can change at short notice. We are not responsible for ship cancellations, but if the island is closed for your dates we will move your stay to new dates at no extra charge.

Conduct

Please respect the island: no lights on the beach after 10 PM during turtle nesting, no loud music at night, and no removing coral.
