We collect only what we need to take and manage your booking: your name, mobile number, email, nationality and, at check-in, an identity document.

How we use it

To confirm your stay, send your voucher and reminders, take payment, and meet the record-keeping the authorities require of hotels.

Identity documents

ID scans are stored on a private server, are visible only to staff who need them, and every view is logged. They are deleted once the retention period set by the hotel has passed.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct your details or delete your account at any time by emailing us.

Payments

Card and wallet details are handled by our payment providers. We never see or store your card number.
